The bank is offering a yearly interest rate of 1.85% on a sight deposit. Three months treasury bonds (BOT) yield 1.89% minus commissions. It's a no-brainer.
Should running be required, its down hill all the way to the Bank of Monculi di Sotto. I can be there in next to no time.

Actually, after the ECB lowered their rate by 0.50% the Monculi bank's offer of 1.85% interest was also automatically lowered to 1.35%but I was able to negotiate 2% minus minor charges,still equivalent to 1.85%.
We must stop communicating like this. Please shout from room to room, even though it's rude.
